Building works at both Calverley & West Lodge Surgery

Dear Patients,

Thank you for understanding and patience whist we have undergone building works at both Calverley & West Lodge Surgery.

We are pleased to announce that from the 18th July we will be opening all 3 sites on a rolling rotational basis throughout this Summer Period.

By closing on some days, we can safely manage waiting areas and telephone lines and ensure team resilience and moral whilst delivering patient care. Telephone lines on closure days will be transferred to one of our branch sites to avoid any disruption to services.

PLANNED CLOSURE DATES

West Lodge – 9 Days Total

25th, 27th, 29th, July

2nd, 8th, 10th, 17th, 23rd, 31st August

Calverley Surgery – 12 Days with 2 early closures Total

18th July & 20th July – Phone transferred to GL from 4.00pm

19th, 26th, 28th July,

1st, 3rd, 9th, 11th, 16th, 22nd, 24th, 30th, August

2nd September

We plan to FULLY open all 3 sites from September 2022!
