Site Closures

Dear Patients,

Thank you for understanding and patience whist we have undergone building works at both Calverley & West Lodge Surgery.

We are pleased to announce that from the 18^th July we will be opening both sites on a rolling rotational basis throughout this Summer Period with Glenlea Surgery remaining open.

By closing on some days, we can safely manage waiting areas and telephone lines and ensure team resilience and moral whilst delivering patient care. Telephone lines on closure days will be transferred to our branch sites to avoid any disruption in service.

Planned Closure Dates

West Lodge – 9 Days Total

• 25^th, 27^th, 29^th, July
• 2^nd, 8^th, 10^th, 17^th, 23^rd, 31^st August

Calverley Surgery – 12 Days with 2 early closures Total

• 18^th July & 20^th July – Phone transferred to GL from 4.00pm
• 19^th, 26^th, 28th July
• 1^st, 3^rd, 9^th, 11^th, 16^th, 22^nd, 24^th, 30^th August
• 2^nd September

We plan to FULLY open all 3 sites from September 2022!
