Job description

We are looking to recruit a Full time & 2 Part time Medical Receptionist to work across our busy 3 surgeries.

Main duties of the job

Dealing with patients on arrival at the Practice in a polite and friendly manner.

You will be required to deal with incoming calls and outbound calls to the patients and from the patients. Arranging appointments, processing prescriptions and electronic documents.

Working alongside the clinical team, external agencies.

Experience of working in a GP surgery and S1 experience is desirable.
